  1. Request all documents on UBYS system.

 

  1. Enroll the courses initially that you have not taken, have failed and  the current ones within your semester term.

 

  1. Students who have transferred to our department from other colleges can enroll the courses out of the following semesters.

 

  1. Course add-drop are allowed within the third weeks of the semester.

 

  1. Second language course change is allowed within the 4th semester.(spring term of the 2nd grade)

 

  1. Compensation exam is applied for the mid-term exam on turning in a petition to the department.

 

  1. Follow the academic calender which is published on the department page.

 

  8.Exemption from the preparatory class on submission of YDS,e-YDS, YOKDIL and an equivalent exam,the score of which is 80.

 

  9.Suspension of study is allowed within the course enrolment duration. Health impair and financial deficiency are requites.

 

 10.Couse attendance by 80% is compulsory.

  

 11.Information about Pedagogical Formation Training Course is published on the web page of Faculty of Education.

 

 12.Students who have failed the preparatory class for a couple of years are disenrolled.

 

 13.To take summer courses from a different university, submission of petition is essential.
